I am challenging myself to do the Jillian Michaels 90 day total body revolution during my 1st week, I decided to add in the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred program!! My goal is to do 30 consecutive days of the 30DS in line with the 90 day TBR program!! I love to run, so I know running and spinning will suffice for my "cardio" :) Wish me luck!!!
