Random Update

Wow, I haven't posted here in a LONG time!! So much going on, the biggest news is we are no longer closing on the house at the end of this week, our new close date will now be the end of July, I swear if they change it one more time I will literally be pulling hairs out!! So I guess I really need to update my ticker I got going there.

This past weekend we went to my company's annual summer picnic, we opted, well actually I signed us both up to play softball before the meal, here are a couple of the pics from that, but after the game and eating we were both exhausted so we left early and went home and crashed and burned for about 2 hours. I even took a nap and I'm not the napping kind of person so I guess you could say I was pretty tired. After we got caught up on our sleep we went out for dinner and some drinks and before long we ended up out and about.

Back to reality

Wow, it's been awhile since I've last posted on here, I swear my life is so boring these days!! Anyway here's a quick rundown of what's happened in the past week or so. This past Friday, I got a call from the bf while I was still at work and he said he wanted to go out to dinner, so okay I'm fine with that and he stated he'd pick me up in about 30 minutes, flash forward 2 hours later he finally shows up, no phone call saying he was going to be late, nothing so I'm already in a bad mood saying he could've at least been a little considerate and called me, letting me know he was going to be a hour and a half late. So we finally go to dinner and just recently (Note: this is turning into a drama post) I found out he didn't do something he said he was going to do, so I confronted him about it and he said he didn't see a point in him having to do that, okay fine with that, but why did you lie about it and say you did it, when in fact you didn't want to and didn't do it, so I had enough of it all and threw my hands up in the air, booked a flight out of SA to Las Cruces and had a ball with my sister.

Friday night we went out, had a great time, woke up hangover free on Saturday ate at my favorite Mexican restaurant (Tex-mex has nothing on NM's Mexican cuisine!). After lunch we decided to go wine tasting which was fun and ended up buying a bottle to sip on, after wine we met another one of our friends shared pitchers of beer, went to another happy hour and finally ended up at another friends to bbq. The bbq was great! It was so nice to catch up with friends, we were all feeling pretty good at this point, but who wouldnt' be after all we'd had to drink, so we decided to venture out again. The first club we went to it felt like we were at a high school dance, uh yeah, so we left ended up somewhere else and that was where we stayed for the remainder of the night. I think I finally dragged my ass home around 5am and woke up around noon with the worst hangover. *Sigh* but I had to come back to SA and all the problems I ran away from in the first place Sunday night.
